Our luxurious Licorice Whip Loofa Soap lathers like a dream with a powerful aroma that will be enjoyed throughout the life of the entire bar. The loofa is strategically placed in half the bar, so you can choose to “Loofa” your skin for revitalizing or use the other side of the bar and wash with a smooth cake of soap. The high quality loofa embedded in the soap will soften in water with continued use. The Loofa Soap gently exfoliates while regenerating and stimulating blood circulation, removing dead skin cells, leaving your skin refreshed and revitalized.
What says friendship better than offering a handful of pink and white candy coated licorice to a playmate in the school yard during recess? Almost as fun as eating licorice candy, our Licorice Whip natural soap is aromatically delightful. An as a bonus, the Anise essential oil used in this bar of soap has been used for centuries to mask human scent. So whether you're observing nature or on a fishing trip masking your human scent with this soap will help you get closer to nature.
The Essential Oil of Anise is extracted by steam distillation of dried fruits of anise, or Pimpinella Anisum, as it is known in botanical terminology, which yields a thin and clear oil of which Anethol is the prime constituent, present by about 90 percent in it and is responsible for its characteristic aroma: Licorice. The medicinal properties of this herb were known long ago in ancient Egypt, Greece and Rome.
Aromatic Description: Distinctive scent of licorice. Rich and sweet.
Wrapped in environmentally friendly box.
Did you know that Loofas are grown in the garden, not in the Sea or a factory? A Loofa is an edible cucumber-type plant that when left to dry naturally produces a wonderful bathing tool. Many different methods are use to harvest loofa. Most loofas today are bleached, boiled and dried, creating a hard dense, scratchy loofa. Our loofas are NOT bleached and NOT boiled and therefore have a light density of fibers that gently exfoliate.
